Download the OS3.0.4.0.WPWEUXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for POCO Pad M1 (flute). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (flute_eea_global_images_OS3.0.4.0.WPWEUXM_20260130.0000.00_16.0_eea_e219f381be.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
