Download the OS3.0.1.0.WPQMIXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for POCO M8 5G (kunzite). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (kunzite_global_images_OS3.0.1.0.WPQMIXM_20260302.0000.00_16.0_global_d7f0990f2e.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
