Download the OS1.0.8.0.UOOEUXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for POCO X7 (malachite). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
