Download the OS2.0.3.0.VOOINXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for POCO X7 (malachite). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (malachite_in_global_images_OS2.0.3.0.VOOINXM_20250512.0000.00_15.0_in_55691fd858.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
