Download the V14.0.5.0.TLMINXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for POCO F4 (munch). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (munch_in_global_images_V14.0.5.0.TLMINXM_20230614.0000.00_13.0_in_5b1f303f4a.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
Note: Match the codename munch before flashing. Beta builds may not install from the stock updater.
