Download the OS1.0.3.0.UMSINXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for POCO X5 Pro 5G (redwood). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (redwood_in_global_images_OS1.0.3.0.UMSINXM_20240308.0000.00_14.0_in_e16c9c39d3.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
