Download the V13.0.12.0.SLUINXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for POCO M5 (rock). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Open the Updater app on your POCO M5.
- Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (rock_in_global_images_V13.0.12.0.SLUINXM_20230503.0000.00_12.0_in_90f22ed0cd.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
Note: Match the codename rock before flashing. Beta builds may not install from the stock updater.
