Download the V10.3.1.0.PDICNXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for Redmi 6 Pro (sakura). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

Download the Recovery ROM.
Open the Updater app on your Redmi 6 Pro.
Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.

Download the Fastboot ROM package (sakura_images_V10.3.1.0.PDICNXM_20190328.0000.00_9.0_cn_0f512d2aba.tgz).
Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
