Download the OS2.0.209.0.VHZTWXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for Redmi Note 12S (sea). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

Download the Recovery ROM.
Open the Updater app on your Redmi Note 12S.
Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.

Download the Fastboot ROM package (sea_tw_global_images_OS2.0.209.0.VHZTWXM_20260120.0000.00_15.0_tw_ab7de6c1a5.tgz).
Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
