Download the V14.0.3.0.TLITWXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for Xiaomi 12 Lite (taoyao). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (taoyao_tw_global_images_V14.0.3.0.TLITWXM_20230215.0000.00_13.0_tw_b7c8cd6189.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
