Download the V12.1.3.0.RFNMIXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite (toco). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

Fastboot ROM

- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
