Download the V11.0.1.0.PEKMIXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro (tulip). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Open the Updater app on your Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro.
- Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (tulip_global_images_V11.0.1.0.PEKMIXM_20191029.0000.00_9.0_global_99de5aece2.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
