Download the OS2.0.103.0.VOKIDXM Fastboot ROM or Recovery ROM for POCO F7 Pro (zorn). Recovery ROM installs from the Updater app. Fastboot ROM flashes with Mi Flash Tool.

- Open the Updater app on your POCO F7 Pro.
- Tap the three dots and select Choose update package.
- Select the downloaded ROM. The phone reboots into the new version when it finishes.
Fastboot ROM
- Download the Fastboot ROM package (zorn_id_global_images_OS2.0.103.0.VOKIDXM_20250418.0000.00_15.0_id_4eedbcff25.tgz).
- Boot the phone into Fastboot and connect it to a computer.
- Flash the package with Mi Flash Tool. Fastboot flashing erases data.
Note: Match the codename zorn before flashing. Beta builds may not install from the stock updater.
